Your data never leaves your device. GLP Gone has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. We cannot see your weight, your meals, your medications, or anything else you log — nobody can but you.
Everything you enter (weight history, meals, doses, symptoms, notes, settings) is saved in your device's local storage — in your browser on the web, or on the device itself in the Android app. It stays on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
In the Android app, you can choose to connect GLP Gone to Android Health Connect so it can show your daily step count. If you grant this permission, the app only reads your step count, only to display it inside the app. It reads no other health data and never writes anything to Health Connect. Your step data is not transmitted anywhere and is not stored outside your device. You can revoke this access at any time in your device's Health Connect settings, and the app works fully without it (you can always enter steps manually).
Nothing. There are no third-party analytics or advertising libraries, and we never transmit your weight, meals, medications, or any other personal data anywhere.
We do not store or retain any user data. Score Software LLC operates no servers and holds no copy of anything you enter — so there is nothing for us to retain, and our retention period for user data is zero.
All of your data is retained only on your own device, and only for as long as you choose to keep it. Retention ends the moment you delete it: use "Start fresh" inside the app, clear the app's storage in your device settings, or uninstall the app, and the data is permanently gone. Backup files you export are retained wherever you chose to save them, under your control, until you delete them.
The one network feature, barcode lookup, sends only a product barcode (never personal data) to Open Food Facts; we do not log or retain those requests. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never receive or retain payment information.
If you choose to scan a food barcode, the app sends only that product barcode to the Open Food Facts database (openfoodfacts.org) to look up its nutrition information and product photo, which are then shown to you. This is the only feature that makes a network request. No personal data — nothing about you, your weight, or your health — is ever included. Using barcode scanning also requires camera permission, which is used only to read the barcode while the scanner is open. The rest of the app works fully offline; if you never scan a barcode, nothing leaves your device.
The app and this website show a short, hand-picked list of product suggestions with affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, GLP Gone earns from qualifying purchases. Tapping a product link simply opens Amazon in your browser — the app sends nothing about you, and no personal data is shared with Amazon by us. Once you're on Amazon's site, Amazon's own privacy policy applies. These are plain links: no advertising networks, no tracking libraries, and no ad content are ever included in the app.
The app can export your data as a file. That file is created on your device and goes only where you choose to save or send it. Guard it like you would any private health record.
Use "Start fresh" inside the app, or clear the app's storage in your device settings. Because we hold no copy, deletion on your device is total and permanent — we could not recover it for you even if you asked.
GLP Gone is intended for adults using GLP-1 medications under the care of a healthcare provider. It is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy ever changes (for example, if an optional sync feature is added someday), the change will be posted here with a new effective date before it takes effect.
