By using GLP Gone (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are between you and Score Software LLC ("we," "us").
GLP Gone is intended only for adults (18 or older) who are using GLP-1 medications under the care of a qualified healthcare provider. It is not intended for children, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care.
Everything in the app — targets, estimates, coaching messages, insights, guidelines, and any numbers it calculates — is general information for self-tracking only. It is not personalized medical advice and must not be relied on to make health or dosing decisions. Your provider knows your full medical history; the app does not. Nutritional and calorie targets are general estimates and individual needs vary.
The reconstitution calculator performs arithmetic only — it converts the vial size and volume you type into a concentration and a per-unit amount. It does not tell you what dose to take, whether a dose is safe for you, or whether your inputs are correct. Never draw or inject a dose based on this app. Confirm every number — your medication, its concentration, and your prescribed dose — with your prescriber or pharmacist before injecting anything. You are solely responsible for verifying your own math and your own dose.
Your data is stored on your own device (see the Privacy Policy). Because we keep no copy, we cannot recover it for you. Keep your own backups using the app's export feature. We are not responsible for any data that is lost, deleted, or corrupted.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app, its calculations, or its information are accurate, complete, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Score Software LLC will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any decision you make about your health, medication, dose, diet, or exercise. You use the app at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
